Q: What happens if I'm not satisfied with my hair service?

I aim for your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 72 hours to discuss any concerns. I am committed to making it right with a complimentary redo if needed.

Rescheduling

Q: Can I reschedule my appointment? 

Absolutely! I understand plans change. Please notify me within 48 hours for any rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Late Policy

Q: What if I'm running late for my appointment?

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible via, text, email, or phone call.  I'll do my best to accommodate, but please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

Q: What hair products do you use? 

I exclusively use high-quality products to ensure the best results. My primary product lines include Lanza and Kevin Murphy, known for their exceptional quality and commitment to hair health.

Referrals 

Q: Do you offer a referral program? 

Yes, I do! Refer a friend, and when they book their first appointment, both you and your friend will receive a special discount as my way of saying thank you for spreading the love.

Emergency Situations

Q: What if I have an emergency and I can't make it
to the appointment? 

Life happens. If you have an emergency and can't make the appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. I understand and will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Hours of Operation 

Q: What is your availability during the week?

Wednesday through Saturday, but if those days don't work for you. Contact me and we will work something out.
